I love veggie burgers go I decided to try the Garden Veggie Patties. I was pleasantly surprised that a frozen patty could be so moist and full of flavor. I instantly fell in love with them. It really is hard to believe they are meatless. They are chopped full of such vegetables such as mushrooms, water chestnuts, onions, carrots, bell peppers, and black olives. Furthermore, it has only 3.5 grams of fat per serving vs 15 grams of fat with regular ground beef. That's 74% less fat!
