I was super thrilled to be invited to the MorningStar Farms campaign from BzzAgent. I am always looking for healthier food options so this campaign sounded like a great fit for me.
I love veggie burgers go I decided to try the Garden Veggie Patties. I was pleasantly surprised that a frozen patty could be so moist and full of flavor. I instantly fell in love with them.  It really is hard to believe they are meatless. They are chopped full of such vegetables such as mushrooms, water chestnuts, onions, carrots, bell peppers, and black olives. Furthermore, it has only 3.5 grams of fat per serving vs 15 grams of fat with regular ground beef. That's 74% less fat!

I recommend checking out MorningStar Farms website (https://www.morningstarfarms.com). They have all kinds of burgers, breakfast foods, veggie dogs, chicken patties and entrees. I also recommend checking out there recipe tab. They have tons of recipes that you can make using their products.

Veggie Burger with Arugula and Spicy Mustard 

INGREDIENTS

1 MorningStar Farms® Garden Veggie Patties™

2 teaspoons reduced-fat mayonnaise

1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard

1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1/2 cup baby arugula or torn arugula

1 whole wheat hamburger bun, split and toasted (about 1 1/2 oz.)

2 thin red bell pepper rings
