Sleep Number SleepIQ Technology
Most people have heard of a Sleep Number bed but no one I talked to had heard of SleepIQ technology. They are just amazed as I was when I explain to them how it works. A a Smiley360 member, I was able to go to my local store and check out this latest innovation. It uses a wifi connection that tracks your restful and non-restful times in bed and average heart and breathing rates to come up with any adjustments that may be needed to achieve better sleeping habits. How cool is that!! Furthermore, it stores up to two years worth of sleep data so can see your sleeping patterns throughout the different seasons to see if certain times years affect your sleep. All data is kept private so no need to worry about other people seeing your results.
