Eukanuba with 3D DentaDefense Works

My 9 year old black lab, Dog, is reaping the benefits of Eukanuba with 3D DentaDefense. I was fortunate to be a a part of Eukanuba with 3D DentaDefense BzzAgent campaign in which I received a complimentary bag for testing and review purposes in exchange for my honest opinion about the product. I also received a black light to use on my dog's teeth in order to see plaque and tarter prior to using the Eukanuba with 3D DentaDefense. Unfortunately, my dog was terrified of the black light and would not let me use it on his teeth but he did let me just look at them and honestly I didn't need the black light to tell me that my dog had a serious plaque and tartar problem.
My dog has now been using the Eukanuba with 3D DentaDefense for about 5 weeks now. I have noticed that his coat is shiner and his teeth look whiter. He even seems to have more energy lately which is nice because he has slowed down considerably over the last two years.
The only real con to this food is the price. For a 30 lb bag for large breed dogs, it would cost me $43.00 at my local pet store. Although my dog is totally worth it, in today's economy we are trying to cut back.
Overall, I would recommend Eukanuba with 3D Defense because it does work by getting your dog's teeth cleaner but be aware of the cost.
