Lysol(R) Touch of Foam BzzAgent Review

I recently was chosen by BzzAgent to try out Lysol Touch of Foam Hand Soap. I received this full size bottle of soap for free in exchange for my honest opinion about the product.

I have been using Lysol Touch of Foam Creamy Vanilla Orchid that I received complimentary of BzzAgent for about a month now. I absolutely love this product. It smells amazing and the rich, creamy lather not only cleans my hands effectively but it leaves them feeling super soft and moisturized. Even better is that it kills 99.9% of germs. which is 10x more the germ protection than the leading national competitor   Furthermore,its antimicrobial properties are built in to protect the pump and resist odor-causing bacteria.  How many other hand soaps can claim that?

It comes in two other scents as well- Rose & Cherry in Bloom and Wild Berry Bliss.

I totally recommend this product for anyone who is looking for a hand soap that is tough on germs and gentle on your hands.

Strawberry and Banana Shake

Ingredients

1/2 banana (I prefer frozen)
3 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 packets ( 1/2 teaspoon if using canister) of Nectresse
1/3 cup of ice

Directions

Just place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

I received a complimentary canister of Nectresse in my Sugar 'N Spice Voxbox via Influenster. Nectresse is made from the makers of Splenda. It is 100% natural and is made from sweet extract monk fruit  and is combined with other natural sweeteners  It tastes like real sugar and has zero calories. It can be used in coffee, hot tea, sweet tea, smoothies, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, or just about anything that you want to sweeten. 

I have mixed reviews about this product. First of all I discovered that I don't like it in my iced tea. The product claims to dissolve quickly but I found otherwise. After about 10 minutes of on and off stirring, I finally gave up and poured it out. However, I absolutely love it my smoothies, shakes, cookies, cereal, oatmeal, and fruit. It tastes just like sugar and requires less because 1/4 of a teaspoon of Nectresse is equal to 1 teaspoon of real sugar. I also liked that there isn't an aftertaste like some sweeteners on the market.

Overall, I would recommend Nectresse for sweetening foods but not necessarily for drinks such as tea. I love that it is 100% all natural which is really important when trying to live a healthy lifestyle.

I love AVEENO products so I was over the moon to try out AVEENO Positively Radiant Intensive Night Cream complimentary of Influenster.com. I received this product for testing and review purposes in exchange for my honest opinion.
AVEENO Positively Radiant Intensive Night Cream is a hydrating night cream that contains a proven concentration of Active Naturals Total Soy Complex with vitamin B3. It claims to boost all 5 factors of Radiance which include tone, texture, dullness, blotchiness, and brown spots to help keep your skin looking fresh and luminous. I personally have dry dull uneven skin tone so I was looking forward to seeing if this product could improve these problem areas of mine.

The first thing I noticed about the product was the scent and texture of the cream.  It has a nice clean scent and just the right texture - not too light and not to heavy. When applied, the cream goes on easily. It is oil free so it doesn't feel greasy and it absorbs quickly leaving my face soft and glowing. My skin truly feels hydrated after using it.

Overall, I would recommend this product. Although my uneven skin tone hasn't changed, I have noticed that my skin isn't as dry and dull looking. I have only been using the product for about 2 weeks so I am hoping over time I will achieve a more even skin color.

I received 3 Colgate Optic White products (a toothbrush,toothpaste, and mouthwash) complimentary of Influenster.com for testing and review purposes.
Having bright white teeth is important too me but  I am also an avid pop and tea drinker so needless to say I need a product that will remove stains from teeth.  
I was super excited to try Colgate's Optic White product line. It claims to have a high impact formula that whitens teeth in 5 days. It also states that it whitens more than 3 shades within a week.  I actually saw results after the first use. My teeth were whiter and healthier looking and my mouth felt super clean. I love that I have not experienced any sensitivity which is big plus because sometimes that is an issue I have when using tooth whitening products. Furthermore, the sparkling mint flavor of the toothpaste and mouthwash were not overwhelmingly strong like other products out on the market.  All 3 products are reasonably priced at a retail value of $2.99 each (for 4 oz toothpaste and 8 oz mouthwash).
Overall, I would recommend the Colgate Optic White product line to anyone looking for a great inexpensive tooth whitening system.

Hiding in Sunshine by John and Caitlin Stuart

HIDING IN SUNSHINE BY JOHN AND CAITLIN STUART

Hiding In Sunshine is a book written by a father and daughter duo named John and Caitlin Stuart. Typically this isn't a book that I would pick up and read so I was kind of reluctant at first to start the book. I admit that the book does start out a little slow.  The authors tend to go into way more detail than I feel  is needed, especially at the beginning of the book. However, the book does pick up pace and I found myself enjoying the detailed descriptions much more. In fact, after I got into the book, I couldn't put it down.

I don't want to give away too much but in a nutshell Hiding In Sunshine is about how a normal family's life can be changed in an instant by identity theft. I think most people feel that computers are typically safe and that the threat of cyber-terrorism is not something that could happen to them. However, this book makes you realize that it can happen and more easily than you think.

Overall, a great read and I would recommend this book.

I personally have never heard of this product but I am looking forward to trying it out. I love towelettes and I  think this will be great for after the gym or after swimming.

Nectreese

Nectresse combines sweet monk fruit with the perfect blend of other natural sweeteners to bring you the rich sweet taste of sugar with zero calories per serving.  Retails for 6.99 for 5.9 oz container or $3.99 for box of 40 packets.

I am looking forward to sampling this product. I use sweeteners daily and I like that this is all natural.

belVita Breakfast Biscuits

belVita Breakfast Biscuits are delicious, crunchy biscuits made with a combination of grains that are carefully baked to release energy regularly and continuously to fuel your body throughout the morning. Retails for $3.69 for a box of 5 packets of 4 biscuits.

I have heard of these before but have yet to try it. Looking forward to trying out the Cinnamon Brown Sugar Biscuits that I received. They sound delicious.

Colgate Optic White

Colgate Optic White Mouthwash, Toothpaste, and Toothbrush. Use together for whiter teeth in 5 days. All three products retail for $2.99.

I am an avid user of tooth whitening products. I have used Colgate Optic White Toothpaste in the past and I know it works. I am really excited to try all three Colgate products together and see what kind of results I get.
